The hotel is in a great location, with lots of shopping centres nearby and plenty of local eateries. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always eager to help us whenever we needed assistance. I particularly enjoyed the clean and comfortable bedding, which was changed every day. Plus, the complimentary safe in the room was a bonus.

The bathroom was a bit disappointing, lacking a bathtub and not quite up to the standard I was hoping for. it took some time for our room to be prepared which was frustrating.

By and large, it was easy base for sightseeing in Bogor, had much fun. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. We loved the way our superior double room was.

Comfortable stay in the heart of the city here! the AC and ironing gear were really convenient, and it was great having a work desk. Also, the free parking was a nice touch! 🚗

I loved the location of the hotel, it was near many food outlets and had easy access to the city center and factory outlet. Additionally, the breakfast was tasty and had a variety of options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Comfortable and cozy room, perfect for the rainy season. Spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains and green city. The TV doubles as a hotel information guide, eliminating the need for paper or books. Tasty food and beverages, with both Western and Indonesian options. Convenient location near shopping centers and the Botanical gardens. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel provides a safe in the room free of charge. The bedding is changed daily and towels are replaced daily as well. The hotel also offers weekend programs for families, including a movie theater and kids' activities. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

Great stay in an excellent location. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the pool area was lovely and there was a dedicated kid's area. the hotel was close to the big factory outlets and delicious restaurants. the breakfast was tasty and had many options to choose from.

There were some noisy guests and thin walls that interrupted my sleep, so earplugs were a must-have. the cleaning service was only average, some days it was done well, but on other days, it was left untouched.

This hotel offers a great location near Jakarta with easy access via the Jagorawi toll road. It is also conveniently located in the center of the city, close to famous food places. the rooms are cozy and comfortable, complete with vinyl floors. Families will love the kids' activities, including story-telling sessions and a great swimming pool.

The breakfast could use some improvement, with empty dishes and long waits for refills.
